What should you include in your Carnegie Progress Reports?

Your Progress Report outline will differ depending on what you're trying to accomplish.

If all you want to do is keep stakeholders aware that you are right on track, then The 4 Carnegie Progress Points are enough. But with a little forethought, you can leverage the report to help you make more progress.
