Carnegie Hacks are insights and tools to save you time and energy you can use to

#28. Seize the Summer

This week is our final Carnegie Hack on the theme of Don't Delay May.

The previous topics we raised this month for immediate attention aren't going to be addressed overnight. It's enough right now to identify which need immediate attention and which are in good shape as they are.

Next, for those topics that you are improving or establishing, this summer will be an active one!

Summer Topics:

· Prepping administration of any new/improved measurement mechanisms

· Creating the strategies to establish/improve systems that need to roll out in 2018-19

Summer means preparation. Fall means implementation.

The only question is whether the people who need a say are available during the summer.

If they are available, you'll spend summer together preparing the improvements that will be implement in the fall.

If they are not available, you'll spend summer preparing strategies that you'll implement in the fall, to help you work together toward the improvements that will be implemented in the spring.
