#25. Gather Ye Rosebuds While Ye May

Welcome to week two of our May series where we're covering which application items to jumpstart today. Last week we discussed questions about measurement. This week we're taking our last glimpse of the spring semester before it flies away.

Topic 2: Disappearing Details

The engaged curriculum questions include several requests for numbers of courses, faculty, students, etc. participating in 2017-18 community engaged courses.

Now is the time to ask your team: Is this data documented?

· If the answer is "No," then you are at risk of the data disappearing, or at least being far more difficult to access once faculty return in the fall semester.

· Collect this data ASAP and know that getting a documentation system in order for fall is going to be a top priority.
